BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure compliance with the rules of conduct and prevent our customers from having unwanted surprises, in addition to the signature of the term of responsibility on the rules of conduct by all visitors, we only work with appointments for acquaintances and people indicated by acquaintances.

Your appointment will be confirmed after an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the service, the rest of the amount will be paid at the end of your visit.

Appointments, both for baths and massages, must be made at least 3 days in advance. For bookings less than 3 days in advance, we ask for an advance payment of the total value of the visit or service to confirm the reservation.

In bookings for groups of 5 or more people, we ask for an advance payment of the total amount of the visit to confirm the reservation.

You can cancel your visit or massage up to 3 days before the scheduled date, with a full refund of the reservation amount. Cancellations less than 3 days in advance will be refunded only 50% of the booking amount. No amount will be refunded in case of no-show.
